Which Star Rating Should I Choose? 

Ducted gas heaters come with Energy Star-rated labels that mention the amount of gas each unit will consume over a typical winter. These labels are an indicative guide of the heater's annual energy usage and running cost. On average, an increase by one star means that energy of approximately 10 percent is saved. So, the higher the star rating, the more efficient the heater, and the more you save on running costs.
